103. Turbocharger Assemble

Turbocharger Assemble





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

1. Install the 3 turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve bolts (6) and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
2. Install the turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve.
3. Install the positive crankcase ventilation tube (1) from the turbocharger (2).
4. Install the positive crankcase ventilation tube seal (7) from the turbocharger.
5. Install the turbocharger wastegate actuator vacuum control solenoid valve (5).
6. Install the 3 turbocharger wastegate actuator vacuum control solenoid valve bracket bolt (3) and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
7. Install the turbocharger wastegate actuator vacuum control solenoid valve bracket (4).
