Turbocharger Heat Shield Installation




1. Install the 2 turbocharger heat shield spacer (1).
2. Install the turbocharger heat shield (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Install the 2 turbocharger heat shield bolts (3) and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
4. Install the turbocharger heat shield nut (4) and tighten to 50 Nm(37 lb ft).




5. Install the catalytic converter bracket (4).
6. Install the catalytic converter brace bracket nut (3) and tighten to 42 Nm(31 lb ft).
7. Install the catalytic converter brace bracket bolt (2) and tighten to 42 Nm(31 lb ft).
