Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Seat Back

J 38778Door Trim Pad Clip Remover

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear seat cushion.




2. Locate the studs on the child seat belt bracket that secure the trim panel and use J 38778 to lift the trim panel off.




3. Remove the trim panel from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure






Important: Removing the seat trim panel will damage the fasteners. Install a NEW panel.

1. Position a new trim panel on the seat back frame.
2. Position the tabs under the child seat brackets and press down firmly on the panel to secure the studs (1) in the tabs (2).
