Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector Replacement
Removal Procedure
Danger:
To avoid any vehicle damage, serious personal injury or death when major components are removed from the vehicle and the vehicle is supported by a hoist, support the vehicle with jack stands at the opposite end from which the components are being removed and strap the vehicle to the hoist.
Warning:

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle Service and Repair.
2. Remove the front bumper fascia.
3. Remove the front air deflector.
4. Remove the front bumper fascia energy absorber.
5. Remove the front bumper impact bar.
6. Remove the ambient air temperature sensor where fitted. Refer to Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Replacement (LHD) Service and Repair.
7. Move both top corners of the radiator air lower baffle and deflector (3) back towards the radiator assembly until the locating pins (1) have disengaged from the front end panel module carrier assembly (2).
8. Remove the radiator air lower baffle and deflector (3) from the front end panel module carrier assembly (2).
Installation Procedure
1. Install the radiator air lower baffle and deflector (3) to the front end panel module carrier assembly (2).
2. Engage both the radiator air lower baffle and deflector locating pins (1) into the front end panel module carrier assembly (2).
3. Install the ambient air temperature sensor where fitted. Refer to Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Replacement (LHD) Service and Repair.
4. Install the front bumper impact bar.
5. Install the front bumper fascia energy absorber.
6. Install the front bumper fascia.
7. Install the air deflector.
8. Lower the vehicle.
