- Window regulator module

Diagnostic Test

1. WINDOW REGULATOR MODULE

With the scan tool, read DTCs.

Q: Are there any Power Window System DTC's?

YES: Refer to the symptom list for problems relating to Power Windows. Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test
NO: Go to 2, Diagnostic Test.

2. WINDOW REGULATOR MODULE

Q: Does the window drop or jerk during opening?

YES: Replace the Window Regulator Module Assembly. Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test
NO: No problem found at this time. Try the Power Window several times and verify customers complaint. Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test
