Air Injection Check Valve: Service and Repair

Air Check Valve Location:

REMOVAL
1. Remove clamp from air hose at check valve.
2. Remove hose from valve.
3. Remove the valve from catalyst tube.

INSTALLATION
1. Install valve on catalyst tube.
2. Tighten valve to 33 Nm (25 ft-lbs).
3. Connect air hose to the air check valve.
