CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NOTIFICATIONTO REPLACE YOUR VEHICLE'S DOOR WINDOW MOLDINGS
Dear Cirrus or Stratus Owner:
The satisfaction of our customers is very important to Chrysler. Because of this, we are requesting owners of some 1995 Chrysler Cirrus and Dodge Stratus vehicles to return them to their dealer for a special service to prevent the door moldings from becoming unsightly.
The Problem is...
The belt moldings located on the outside of the doors along the bottom edge of the window, on your Cirrus or Stratus (identified on the enclosed form), may warp or separate due to heat.
What you must do...
^ Simply contact your dealer to schedule a service appointment. Ask the dealer to hold parts for your vehicle or to order them prior to your appointment.
^ If you've already experienced this problem and have had all four moldings replaced since early June, 1995, no further action is required.
^ Bring the enclosed Owner Notification Form with you to your dealer. It tells the dealer what service is required for your vehicle.
What Chrysler and your dealer will do...
Chrysler will repair your Cirrus or Stratus free of charge (parts and labor). To do this, your dealer will replace all four door belt moldings. The work will take about a half hour to complete. However, additional time may be necessary depending on how dealer appointments are scheduled and processed.
