POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Courtesy lamp DRV circuit shorted in J-block
- Courtesy lamp DVR CKT shorted to ground between J-block and courtesy lamps
- Courtesy lamp DRV CKT short to ground between headlamp SW and CTM
- Courtesy lamp switch output CKT short to ground
- Headlamp switch internal short to ground
- CTM - courtesy lamps stay ON
