Intake Air Duct: Service and Repair

OUTSIDE AIR DUCT

REMOVAL

1. Release hood latch and open hood.
2. Remove nuts attaching outside air duct to the hood.

3. Remove the outside air duct from the hood (Fig. 16).

INSTALLATION

1. If necessary, paint the outside air duct prior to installation.
2. Position the outside air duct in the opening in the hood.
3. Install the nuts attaching outside air duct to the hood.
