- Blower motor driver circuit(s) shorted to ground
- Blower motor driver circuit(s) shorted to voltage
- Blower motor driver circuits shorted together
- A/C - heater control module speeds incorrect
- Blower motor driver circuit(s) open
- Blower motor resistor block - open speed
