Cowl Moulding / Trim: Service and Repair

COWL GRILLE

REMOVAL

1. Remove windshield wiper arms.
2. Raise and support the hood.

3. Remove screws attaching cowl grille to cowl plenum (Fig. 6).
4. Disengage clips attaching each end of cowl grill to cowl plenum.
5. Detach windshield washer hoses from nozzles and retaining clips.
6. Separate cowl grille from cowl plenum.

INSTALLATION

1. Attach windshield washer hoses to nozzles and retaining clips to cowl grille.
2. Position cowl grille on cowl plenum.
3. Engage clips attaching each end of cowl grill to cowl plenum.
4. Install screws attaching cowl grille to cowl plenum (Fig. 6).
5. Remove support and close hood.
6. Install windshield wiper arms.
