Installation

INSTALLATION
1. Install both armrest rotating assemblies. .

2. Install the two reclining mechanism bolts on each side of frame. Install seatbelt buckle assembly, between cushion frame & recliner on I/B side, mount with rearmost bolt. Tighten bolts to 55Nm (40 ft-lbs) torque.(Figure 3).

3. Install seat back frame. Tighten bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft-lbs) torque.(Figure 2).

4. Install seat back cover and foam (Figure 1).

5. Install inboard and outboard seat lower cushion side shields.

6. Install seat upper cushion side shields.
