Removal

REMOVAL




1. Move glass panel to fully closed position.

2. Disconnect and isolate negative battery cable.

3. If equipped, remove the overhead console.

4. Remove headliner.

5. Disconnect wire harness.

6. Disconnect the front drain tube (3) at the sunroof (2).

7. Remove the front drain tube (3) from the clips (1) on the A-pillar.

8. Remove the shield (4) from the A-Pillar.

9. Disconnect the front drain tube (3) at the cowl side panel (5).





10. Disconnect the rear drain tube at the sunroof (1).

11. Remove the rear drain tube clips (2) from the C-pillar.

12. Disconnect the rear drain tube at the rear floor pan (3).





13. Remove two module bracket bolts (3) and loosen the remaining six fasteners (5).

14. With the aid of a helper, remove fasteners (5) attaching sunroof module assembly (2) to roof panel (1).

15. Remove the glass panel.

16. Remove the sunshade.

17. Remove the drive motor.

18. Remove the wire harness.

19. Remove the trough.

20. Remove the end caps.

21. Remove the module side brackets.

22. Remove the deflector.
