INSTALLATION




1. Clean the oil separator gasket sealing surface to be sure it is free from oil or debris.




2. Install the oil separator.




3. Install the oil separator center bolt. Tighten the bolt to 6 Nm ( 70 in. lbs) and then turn an additional 90 degrees.
4. Make sure that the oil separator cover gasket is intact and in place, and install the oil separator cover.




5. Install the oil separator cover bolts and tighten the bolts to 6 Nm ( 70 in. lbs) and then turn an additional 90 degrees.
