INSTALLATION





The EGR Air Flow Control Valve (5) is bolted to the end of the air intake connection (2).

1. Obtain new gasket (3). Before positioning new gasket (3), be sure to clean mating surfaces at top of air flow control valve and bottom of air intake connection (2).
2. Install four mounting bolts (4) and (6). Tighten four bolts to 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.) (160 in. lbs.) torque.




3. Connect electrical connector at point (2).
4. Connect air cooler duct to bottom of air flow control valve. Install and tighten duct clamp
