Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Install the caliper adapter mount (1) on the axle housing (2).
2. Install support plate on axle flange. Tighten attaching bolts (3) to 68 Nm (50 ft. lbs.) LD or tighten to 203 Nm (150 ft.lbs.) HD.
3. Install parking brake cable in the brake lever.
4. Install the park brake shoes Installation .
5. Install axle shaft, Installation .
6. Adjust brake shoes to drum with brake gauge Adjustments .
7. Install the rotor Brake Rotor - Installation .
8. Install the caliper adapter Disc Brake Caliper Adapter - Installation .
9. Install the caliper Disc Brake Caliper - Installation .
10. Install wheel and tire assembly.
