Single Pane Sunroof Glass - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Position glass panel (1) on to mechanism lift arms (3).
2. Start the six attaching screws (three per side).
3. Connect a 12v. power supply and verify that the sunroof is in the closed position.
4. Adjust sunroof glass to fit to specifications with roof line Adjustments.





5. Tighten the six screws (1) to 4.5 Nm. (40 in. lbs.).
6. Attach mechanism covers,Single Pane Sunroof Mechanism Cover - Installation
7. Re-initialize sunroof motor, Testing and Inspection
8. Verify sunroof operation and alignment.
