Front Coil Spring - Removal

REMOVAL










1. Remove the shock Front Shock Absorber - Removal.
2. Install the shock assembly in the Branick 7200(R) spring removal/installation tool or equivalent (1).
3. Compress the spring (2).






NOTE: The orientation of the upper shock mount (3) in relation to the lower portion of the shock assembly (1) must be maintained during assembly.

4. Remove the upper shock nut (2).
5. Remove the shock assembly (1).
6. Remove and inspect the following components for replacement:
- Spring assembly (1)
- Upper shock mount (3)
- Jounce bumper (4)
- Upper spring isolator (5)
- Dust shield (6)
- Spring (7)
