Axle Locker Actuator - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Clean actuator (1) sealing surface and install new gasket (2) if necessary.





2. Align actuator shift fork with disconnect collar and install actuator (1) on the disconnect pocket (2).





3. Install actuator bolts (1) and tighten to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.).
4. Install disconnect actuator wiring connector.
5. Verify differential fluid level and add fluid if necessary.
