Diesel Exhaust Fluid Level/Temperature Sensor - Installation

INSTALLATION

Special Tools:










1. Clean O-ring sealing surfaces.
2. Install a new O-ring seal onto the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) tank.





3. Install the DEF tank level/temperature sensor (1) into tank.





4. Using the DEF Module Lock Ring Wrench (1), install the lock ring (3) onto the DEF tank (4) and lock in place.
5. Install the DEF tank Diesel Exhaust Fluid Tank - Installation.
6. Connect both negative battery cables.
