ID2 - Service Connector/Terminal Fault

^ Most likely concern is at one of the affected component connectors such that terminals unseat or back out upon installation. At each affected connection, including intermediate connections, look for:

- Bent terminals.

- Damaged connector terminal locks.

- Damaged connector wedge.

NOTE: If one of the above conditions is found, check the tightness of the affected circuit once the connection is remade. If the wire is too tight (short), damage is likely to recur once vehicle is given back to the customer. Service the wire as necessary to correct tight wire conditions.
