Starter Motor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Raise and support vehicle, if necessary.
3. Disconnect electrical connector or solenoid relay wire from starter motor.
4. Remove starter motor attaching bolts and the starter motor.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
