Flow of Diagnosis

1. Verify the vehicle owner's original concern by operating the stoplamps to duplicate the original condition.
2. Inspect to determine if one of the following electrical concerns apply:

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Electrical
- Circuitry
- Blown fuse junction panel Fuse 7 (10 A) and Fuse 11 (15 A)
- Damaged multi-function switch
- Damaged Brake Pedal Position (BPP) switch
- Damaged Connectors

3. If the concern(s) remains after the inspection, determine the symptom(s) and proceed to the symptom chart. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
