With Power Seat (Limited)

DISASSEMBLY
1. Disassemble the seat.







2. Remove the head restraint.
1 Press the head restraint release button.
2 Remove the head restraint.







3. Unhook the seat back trim cover clip.







4. Remove the listing wires.
1 Remove the hog rings.
2 Remove the listing wires.







5. Roll the seat back trim cover to the first row of hog rings.







6. Remove the hog rings.







7. Roll the seat trim cover to the top row of hog rings.







8. Remove the hog rings.
9. Finish inverting the seat back trim cover.







10. Unhook the seat back cushion J-hook.







11. Remove the head restraint guide sleeves.
1 Position the seat back cushion to gain access to the head restraint guide sleeves.
2 Press the head restraint guide sleeve tabs.
3 Remove the head restraint guide sleeve.
^ Remove the head restraint guide sleeves from the seat back trim cover and inspect them for damage.

NOTE: Removing the head restraint guide sleeves will also remove the seat back trim cover and the seat back cushion.








12. Remove the wire retainer.







13. Remove the seat back pad adjuster.
1 Open the tabs enough to remove the tension on the listing wires.
2 Remove the listing wires.
3 Remove the seat back pad adjuster.

ASSEMBLY







1. Install the seat back pad adjuster.
1 Position the seat back pad adjuster.
2 Install the listing wires.
3 Close the tabs enough to place tension on the listing wires without bending them.







2. Install the wire retainer.
3. Position the seat back cushion on the seat back frame.







4. Install the head restraint guide sleeves.

NOTE: The head restraint guide sleeves are keyed; make sure they are aligned with the seat back frame and the head restraint guide bars before installing them in the seat back trim cover.







5. Hook the seat back cushion J-hook.







6. Unroll the seat back trim cover to the top row of hog rings.







7. Install the hog rings.







8. Unroll the seat back trim cover to the bottom row of hog rings.







9. Install the hog rings.
10. Unroll the seat back trim cover.







11. Install the listing wires.
1 Position the listing wires.
2 Install the hog rings.

NOTE: Make sure the listing wires are hooked in the loops in the seat back cushion.







12. Hook the seat back trim cover.







13. Install the head restraint.
1 Press the head restraint release button.
2 Install the head restraint.
14. Assemble the seat.
