Manual Transmission

The starter motor solenoid relay switch:
^ Controls current to the starter solenoid.
^ Is engaged by the ignition switch.
^ Connects the battery to the starter motor.

The Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) switch prevents starter motor engagement unless the clutch pedal is pressed.
