Exhaust Back Pressure Solenoid

EGR CONTROL SOLENOID

REMOVAL
1. Remove the turbocharger.







2. Remove the exhaust back pressure solenoid.
1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Remove the bolt and the retaining bracket.
3. Remove the exhaust back pressure solenoid.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
^ Lubricate the O-ring seals with clean engine oil prior to installing the exhaust back pressure solenoid.
