1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect the front parking brake cable and conduit from the parking brake lever.
1. Disconnect the parking brake lever return spring from the clevis pin.
2. Remove the locking pin from the clevis pin, and remove the clevis pin.
3. Remove the parking brake control retaining nuts.
4. Lower the parking brake control.
5. Disconnect the front parking brake cable and conduit from the parking brake control.
Installation
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
