Fuel Injector: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the fuel injection supply manifold. For additional information, refer to Fuel Rail. Service and Repair







2. Remove the eight fuel injectors.







3. Inspect and install new O-ring seals if necessary.

NOTE: Lubricate new O-ring seals with Super Premium SAE 5W-30 Motor Oil, XO-5W30-QSP or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSS-M2C153-G, to aid installation.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
