Transfer Case Driven Gear Seal





Special Tool(s)

Removal
1. Drain the transfer case.
2. Remove the transfer case.





3. Using the special tools, remove the driven gear seal.

Installation





1. NOTE: Clean the inside of the driven gear of foreign material prior to installation.

Using the special tools, install the driven gear seal.
2. Install the transfer case.
3. Fill the transfer case.
4. Check the transaxle fluid level.
