LABOR ALLOWANCES





PARTS REQUIREMENTS / ORDERING INFORMATION

Parts will not be direct shipped for this Field Service Action. Order your parts requirements through normal order processing channels.

Due to the low number of vehicles involved in this Customer Satisfaction Program (approximately 1,900 vehicles) only order parts if your dealership has involved vehicles.

PM-12-A Motorcraft Anti-Corrosion Low Temperature Coating or local equivalent is required to coat drill holes and rivets. One bottle will repair multiple vehicles.

MATERIAL ALLOWANCE





A material allowance of $2.00 per vehicle is being provided for the purchase of PM-12-A Motorcraft Anti-Corrosion Low Temperature Coating or local equivalent. Claim this allowance shown by the table.

PARTS RETENTION AND RETURN

Follow the provisions of the Warranty and Policy Manual for "Parts Retention and Return Procedures."

EXCESS STOCK RETURN

Excess stock returned for credit must have been purchased from Ford Customer Service Division in accordance with Policy Procedure Bulletin 4000.
