Air Door: Service and Repair

DOOR - AIR INLET DUCT

REMOVAL
1. Remove the plenum chamber. Refer to: Heating and Air Conditioning, Housing Assembly HVAC, Service and Repair, Service and Repair







2. Remove the screws from the air inlet duct door vacuum control motor and disconnect the vacuum hose.







3. Rotate the vacuum control motor up, disengage the lever and remove the vacuum control motor.







4. Remove the screws and remove the air inlet duct cover.







5. Remove the pin and remove the air inlet duct door.

INSTALLATION












1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
