Plenum Chamber

PLENUM CHAMBER

REMOVAL
1. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to: Body and Frame, Interior Moulding/Trim, Dashboard/Instrument Panel, Service and Repair, Removal and Installation, Service and Repair

2. Drain the radiator. Service and Repair
3. Disconnect the heater hoses from the heater core.







4. Remove the evaporator core housing.







5. Remove the nuts and remove the plenum chamber.

INSTALLATION







1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Lubricate the coolant hoses with MERPOL(R) or plain water only, if needed.
