Normal Operation
Under normal operation, the function selector switch is supplied voltage through circuit CBP27 (GN/BN). When the function selector switch is any position except OFF, voltage is sent from the switch to the blower motor relay coil through circuit CH435 (VT/GY). Ground for the blower motor relay coil is provided through circuit GD121 (BK/YE). Voltage is supplied to the blower motor relay switch through circuit SBB13 (GY/RD). When the relay is energized, voltage is supplied to the blower motor through circuit CH402 (YE/GN). Ground for the blower motor is supplied by the blower motor resistor or blower switch through circuit CH430 (VT/OG).
Possible Causes
- Fuse(s)
- An open in circuit GD121 (BK/YE), CH435 (VT/GY), CH430 (VT/OG), SBB13 (GY/RD), CBP27 (GN/BN) or CH402 (YE/GN)
- Blower motor
- Blower motor relay
