Pinpoint Test C: No Power in RUN

Normal Operation
When the ignition switch is placed in RUN, fused ignition voltage is sent to:
^ Smart junction box (SJB) C2280f-3 along circuit CDC33 (VT/GN)
^ SJB C2280f-4 along circuit CDC32 (BN/YE)
^ SJB C2208g-45 along circuit CDC34 (WH/OG)
^ Pin 1 of the run/start relay in the battery junction box (BJB) along circuit CDC34 (WH/OG)
Fused battery voltage is provided to pin 3 of the run/start relay from BJB fuse 46 (40A).

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
^ Fuse(s)
^ Wiring, terminals or connectors
^ Run/start relay
^ Ignition switch
^ SJB
^ BJB
