Normal Operation
Variable pulse-width modulated (PWM) voltage is supplied to the instrument cluster (IC) and panel illumination source(s) through circuit 19 (LB/RD).

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Instrument panel dimmer switch
