Test D: One Low Beam Headlamp Is Inoperative

PINPOINT TEST D: ONE LOW BEAM HEADLAMP IS INOPERATIVE

Normal Operation
When the headlamp switch is in the HEADLAMPS ON position and the multifunction switch is in the LOW BEAM position, the multifunction switch routes voltage through circuit 13 (RD/BK) to the central junction box (CJB) fuses 25 (10A) (LH headlamp) and 23 (10A) (RH headlamp). After passing through the fuses, voltage is then routed through circuits 160 (DB/WH) (LH headlamp) and 161 (DG/OG) (RH headlamp) to the low beam headlamps. Circuit 57 (BK) is the ground circuit for the headlamps.

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Fuse
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- CJB
