DOOR - FRONT







Removal and Installation
1. Disconnect the electrical connector at the door.
2. With a wax pencil, mark the position of each hinge.
3. Remove the 2 lower hinge-to-door bolts.
- To install, tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).







4. CAUTION: To avoid damaging the door, this step requires an assistant.

Remove the 2 upper hinge-to-door bolts and remove the door.
- To install, tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).







5. CAUTION: To minimize the possibility of cross threading, hand start all fasteners during the installation.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
