Removal and Installation

All vehicles
1. Remove the door scuff plate trim panel.
2. Remove the A-pillar trim panel.
3. Remove the cab rear trim panel.

4. NOTE: If the safety belt guide cover is damaged or if it does not remain closed, install a new cover.

Remove the front belt guide cover.
- Release the retaining tabs and remove the cover.







5. Remove the bolt and safety belt guide.
- Use the Safety Belt Bolt Bit to remove the bolt.
- To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).

- Remove the safety belt guide.







6. Remove the safety belt anchor bolt.
- Use the Safety Belt Bolt Bit to remove the bolt.
- To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).







Without center-facing rear seat
7. Remove the C-pillar trim panel floor screws.







8. Open the storage compartment.







With center-facing rear seat
9. Remove the pin-type retainers and lower rear trim panel.







10. Remove the C-pillar trim panel floor screws.







11. Open the rear seat.







All vehicles
12. Remove the C-pillar trim panel pin-type retainers.







13. Disconnect the radio speaker electrical connector.
14. Remove the C-pillar trim panel.
- Feed the safety belt webbing through the quarter trim panel.

15. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
