Test D: The Illuminated Entry Is Inoperative When Using the Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) Transmitter

PINPOINT TEST D: THE ILLUMINATED ENTRY IS INOPERATIVE WHEN USING THE REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY (RKE) TRANSMITTER

Normal Operation
The illuminated entry provides interior lighting when the SJB receives an UNLOCK request from the RKE transmitter. The SJB receives the RKE signal it activates the interior lamp relay (integral to the SJB) and applies voltage to circuit CLN28 (GN/BU).

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- RKE system
- SJB
