Removal and Installation
1. Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe.
2. Remove the bolt and the throttle body (TB) cover.
3. Disconnect the throttle position (TP) sensor electrical connector.
4. Disconnect the accelerator cable, the speed control cable and the TB return spring.
5. Remove the 3 bolts, the stud bolt and the TB.
- Discard the TB gasket.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).

6. If servicing the TB, remove the TP sensor.

7. NOTE: Clean all TB sealing surfaces and install a new TB gasket.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
