Radiator - 6.0L Diesel

Disassembly and Assembly

1. Remove the radiator. For additional information, refer to Radiator - 6.0L Diesel Radiator.

2. Remove the 2 pushpins and radiator air deflector.





3. Remove the 2 bolts and fan shroud.





4. Remove the 4 bolts and separate the Charge Air Cooler (CAC) from the radiator.
- To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).





5. NOTE: Right side shown, left side similar.

Remove the 4 bolts and brackets from the radiator.

- To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).





6. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
- Install the LH bolts first, for alignment of the CAC to the radiator.
