Oil Pan - Upper

Removal

1. Remove the lower oil pan. For additional information, refer to Oil Pan - Lower Oil Pan - Lower.

2. Remove the 9 bolts and the upper oil pan.
- Remove and discard the press-in-place gasket. Clean and inspect the sealing surfaces.





Installation

1. NOTE: Install a new press-in-place gasket.

Install the upper oil pan and 9 bolts.

- Tighten to 13 Nm (115 lb-in).





2. Install the lower oil pan. For additional information, refer to Oil Pan - Lower Oil Pan - Lower.
