Transmission Fluid Temperature (TFT) Sensor









Removal

1. Remove the transmission fluid pan. For additional information, refer to Transmission Fluid Pan Transmission Fluid Pan.

2. Disconnect the Transmission Fluid Temperature (TFT) sensor electrical connector.





3. Remove the Transmission Fluid Temperature (TFT) sensor.
1. Pull the tab.

2. Rotate the TFT (Transmission Fluid Temperature) sensor 90 degrees counterclockwise and remove it from the main control valve body.






Installation

1. Install the TFT (Transmission Fluid Temperature) sensor in the main control valve body and rotate it 90 degrees clockwise to lock it in place.
1. Install the TFT (Transmission Fluid Temperature) sensor in the main control valve body.

2. Rotate the TFT (Transmission Fluid Temperature) sensor 90 degrees clockwise to lock the lock tab in place.






2. Connect the Transmission Fluid Temperature (TFT) sensor electrical connector.





3. Install the transmission fluid pan. For additional information, refer to Transmission Fluid Pan Transmission Fluid Pan.
