Vent Hose Replacement (8.25 Inch Axle)

Removal Procedure




1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the engine shield , if equipped. Refer to Engine Shield Replacement (Engine Shield Replacement).
3. Remove the vent hose the retainers from the frame.
4. Remove the vent hose from the connector.
5. Lower the vehicle.




6. Remove the vent hose from the inner fender.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the vent hose to the inner fender.
2. Raise the vehicle.




3. Install the vent hose retainers to the frame.
4. Install the vent hose to the connector.
5. Install the engine shield , if equipped. Refer to Engine Shield Replacement (Engine Shield Replacement).
6. Lower the vehicle.
