Glove Box Removal/Installation

SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component locations, precautions and procedures before performing repairs or service.

NOTE:
- Take care not to scratch the dashboard and related parts.
- If the glove box swings down without any support, the hinges can be overextended and damaged. To prevent damage to the glove box hinge, use a piece of foam or a bundle of shop towels to support it.




1. While holding the glove box (A), remove the glove box stop (B) on each side.




2. Remove the bolts, then remove the glove box (A).
3. Install the glove box in the reverse order of removal.
