Lower Sliding Door Roller: Service and Repair

Sliding Door Lower Roller Assembly Removal/Installation

1. Remove the lower roller plate.




2. Remove bolts, then remove the lower roller assembly (A).
3. Remove the cables from the lower roller assembly.
4. Install the cables on the new lower roller assembly.
5. Do the sliding door cable adjustment on the following cables:
- Lower roller latch cable
- Lower roller stop cable


6. Install the lower roller assembly in reverse order of removal.
