Trunk / Liftgate: Adjustments

In-Bed Trunk Lid Alignment

1. Swing the tailgate open.

2. Remove the plug caps (A) and slightly loosen the in-bed trunk lid hinge nuts (B).

3. Adjust the in-bed trunk lid (C) alignment in the following sequence:
- Adjust the in-bed trunk lid and the trunk lid hinges (D) right and left, as well as forward and rearward, by using the elongated holes.

- Loosen the striker bolts (E), and adjust the fit between the in-bed trunk lid and the trunk lid opening by moving the striker (F).

4. Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.

5. Make sure the in-bed trunk lid opens properly and locks securely.

6. Reinstall the plug caps.
