In-Bed Trunk Lid Hinge Replacement

NOTE:

- Put on gloves to protect your hands.

- Take care not to scratch the in-bed trunk lid.

1. Remove the in-bed trunk lid. In-Bed Trunk Lid Removal/Installation

2. Detach the harness clips (A) from the right in-bed trunk lid hinge (B), then remove the in-bed trunk lid subharness (C) from the hinge.






3. Remove the plug caps (A), the washers (B), and the nuts, then remove the left in-bed trunk lid hinge (C) and the right in-bed trunk lid hinge (D).

4. Install the hinges in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- Make sure the subharness is routed properly.

- Adjust the in-bed trunk lid alignment. Adjustments
