Fuel Saver Indicator - Description

DESCRIPTION

The Fuel Saver- ECO nomizer (ECO) indicator for this vehicle is standard equipment on all instrument clusters equipped with and Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC). The fuel saver ECO indicator is a customer programmable feature that when ON will display next to the compass display within the EVIC. The fuel saver indicator will only appear when the Multi Displacement System (MDS), if equipped allows the engine to operate on 4 cylinders, or when the vehicle is being driven in a fuel efficient manner.

This feature allows the vehicle operator to monitor when they are driving in a fuel efficient manner, and it can be used to modify driving habits in order to increase fuel economy.
