This Pitstop advises that engine removal is no longer part of the repair procedure for timing chain/tensioner replacement on 2006 and later Sedona (VQ) as well as 2007 and later Amanti (GH).

KGIS has been updated to provide detailed instruction on performing these newly revised repairs without engine removal.

Additionally please note that the previously published warranty labor operation times and TSB 3.8 Lambda Engine Noises

(Engine 028) have changed to reflect these revised procedures.
